Work Location:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, networking and client appointments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate companies, government agencies, GLCs, event organisers and potential clients.
• Promote and present the company’s event management, event production, advertising and related services through proposals, presentations and sales pitches.
• Manage client enquiries, quotations, proposals and follow-ups while achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor tenders, projects, market trends and competitor activities, while collaborating with Operations and Management to support successful project execution and business growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Event Management or any related field.
• Candidates with relevant and proven Sales experience may also be considered, regardless of academic background.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Event Management, Advertising or Corporate Sales will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, confidence and a genuine interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
• Comfortable and confident in approaching, meeting and engaging with potential clients.
• Target-driven, proactive and result-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to drive leads towards successful closing.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to work outside the office, attend client meetings and participate in events when required.
• Positive attitude, energetic and willing to learn, with a strong interest in business development and client engagement.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
