任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of working experience in QA/QC and Halal compliance within the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and Halal requirements.
- Experience in HACCP and Halal documentation, audits, and certification will be an added advantage.
- Certified Halal Executive qualification is preferred.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively with different departments and external parties.
岗位职责
- Prepare, maintain, review, and update documentation and records related to the Food Safety Management System, including HACCP, GMP, Halal, and other relevant food safety and quality programmes.
- Investigate quality and food safety issues, customer complaints, non-conformities, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in and assist with internal audits, customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Conduct in-house training on food safety, quality and Halal requirements and related topics.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and certification bodies, including JAKIM and MOH, when required.
- Prepare and submit documentations for food safety and Halal certification, certification renewal, and new product application.
- Liaise with suppliers and external service providers, including pest control contractors, laboratories, calibration service providers, and other relevant parties.
- Monitor and follow up on service reports, laboratory test results, calibration reports, corrective actions, and other related documentation.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with company food safety, quality, Halal, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
