Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive – TikTok/KOL/Influencer to lead strategic marketing, KOL collaborations, and live events. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand building, digital and traditional advertising, content creation, and campaign execution. They will manage cross-functional teams, optimise marketing performance, and ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and business contracts.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

• Preferably have experience in social media, marketing, or advertising, with expertise in campaign execution.

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms, with an interest in social media and influencer marketing.

• Basic understanding of social media metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and views, to help evaluate KOL/KOC suitability.

• Excellent communication and content creation abilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English and Malay for effective communication.

• Able and willing to travel.

• Preferably possess own transport.

• Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion, ensuring campaign objectives are achieved.

• Build partnerships with clients, companies, organizations, and strategic partners.

• Build strong business relationships with clients to ensure business orders can be closed.

• Understand the company's background and products to close business orders smoothly.

• Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts that drive impact and engagement. Review creator content before publishing.

• Plan and execute monthly content across Instagram, TikTok, live video, and other platforms.

• Develop influencer strategies by identifying and selecting the right TikTok influencers for each campaign.

• Collaborate closely with TikTok influencers and stay updated on the latest TikTok trends and content formats.

• Analyze campaign performance and insights to identify improvements for future campaigns.

• Plan and execute branding and marketing campaigns to grow brand presence.

• Manage company events, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate collaborations.

• Work closely with website, media, and social media platforms to execute marketing plans and improve company brand awareness.

• Source, evaluate, engage, and manage suitable KOLs, influencers, content creators, websites, social media agencies, and related parties.

• Coordinate KOL campaigns, product reviews, videos, and social media collaborations.

• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure business orders align with the brand's image and customer needs.

• Work with relevant agencies and internal teams on marketing materials and business collaborations.

• Track deliverables, campaign performance, leads, engagement, and ROI. Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness and recommend future improvements. Ensure all campaigns, business discussions, and orders are executed properly.

• Proactively identify new opportunities to boost brand awareness and business growth.

• Negotiate fees, deliverables, and partnership terms.

• Monitor performance, including traffic, costs, registrations, and revenue.

• Maintain an organised KOL pipeline and performance tracker.
