  • Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.Experience with EV or premium automotive brands is an advantage.Fresh graduates with strong customer service experience are encouraged to apply.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance; EV knowledge is a plus.Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with DMS is preferred.Additional Information:Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week (Monday - Friday: 9AM-6PM, Saturday: 9AM-1PM)
