- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related discipline.Strong attention to detail, high personal standards, and the ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality.Hands-on, proactive, and dependable, with a willingness to take ownership of both routine administrative work and ad hoc project needs.Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn about marketing, commercial operations, the pharmaceutical industry, and new product launch execution.Excellent command of English with good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to follow up professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed multinational company environment where prioritization, coordination, and compliance are important.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with online workflow, collaboration, or approval systems will be an advantage. Open-minded to embrace AI in daily work.Prior experience in administration, project coordination, marketing support, events, agencies, healthcare, or pharmaceutical operations is helpful but not mandatory.
