We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Director to lead our overall marketing direction, brand growth, and revenue-focused campaigns.This role is responsible for planning, leading, and executing marketing strategies across online and offline channels, managing the marketing team, and working closely with the Founder/Directors to drive sustainable business growth.The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a doer — someone who can build systems, lead people, and still get hands-on when needed.Experience & Skills* Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role* Proven track record in building and scaling brands or businesses* Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and branding* Experience managing teams, agencies, and external partners* Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills⸻Personality & Mindset* Strategic thinker with strong execution ability* Commercially minded and results-oriented* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment* Hands-on, proactive, and accountable* Excellent communication and leadership skills
