Responsibilities: uF09FTo implement, execute and achieve sales target in line with the company’s goals. uF09FMaintain and develop a proper database of existing customers and potential clients.uF09FBe well-versed with company’s products (both inbound & outbound).uF09FRespond to and follow-up on sales enquiries – whether via phone, faxes, email or personal visits including over the counter.uF09FAddressing complaints and resolving problems from or for customers.uF09FProvide necessary support to the Technical Division, as and when needed.uF09FCarry out market research on competitors’ products as well customer surveys if necessary and make necessary recommendations.uF09FAssist to develop and recommend product and pricing strategy that will result in better market share for the company.uF09FResponsible for preparing quotations, sales order and follow up until completion of jobs.uF09FEnsuring all marketing and advertising materials is in place and ready on time.uF09FOrganizing and attending events and exhibitions.Requirements: uF09FMinimum SPM/Diploma holder in an acceptable discipline with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience in showroom outlet. uF09FExperience in retail sales in AV industry would be an added advantage.uF09FMust be computer literate.uF09FGood command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.uF09FKnowledge of other Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.uF09FPleasant personality, self motivated, result oriented, sales drive, able to work independently, able to interact with clients, suppliers and colleagues from all levels.uF09FAble to work under pressure to meet sales target and company objectives.uF09FMust be willing to work shift and public holidays.uF09FPossess own transport.uF09FPreferably age below 30.
