We are a progressive developer company based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. At the moment we have a multi storey building construction project in Brinchang, Cameron Highlands, Pahang.

Kappa Integrated Sdn Bhd is our sister company which is our constuction arm company and is responible for all of our construction works.

Currently all the foundations and works below grond were 100% completed and the three levels of car parks are under construction and expected to be completed by the end of 2014.

The tunnel form aluminium formworks are to be utilized and will be delivered to site in Mid December 2014. This type of formworks shall be used to contruct the load bearing reinforced concrete walls and slabs with a delivery of two units of apartmnets structural components per day.

Therafter the doors and windows frames are to be installed followed by the installations of architectural finishes, plumbing and electrical services.

The project is targeted for completion in July 2016 and we envisaged that the target will be met and delivery of vacant possesion in August 2016.

All efforts must be made to ensure the workmanship and quality of our finished products are of the highest standard possible to ensure our 'first time right' policy is strickly adhered to and the finished products would last a lifetime for human enjoyment and well being.

We would like to add that about ninety six percent of our apartments were sold and many of the apartments were bought by the Cameron Highlands local people.
