AYER Holdings Berhad was incorporated on 15 March 1907 under the Companies Enactment, 1897 and on 28 March 1961, the Company was listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.  The Group is principally involved in properties and plantations businesses. Its flagship properties project is Bandar Bukit Puchong, located in the growth corridor south of Kuala Lumpur. The Group is refreshing its Master Plan which will elevate it to the next level. The Plantations business comprising estates in the east coast which are moderately sustainable growth strategy.
