Work closely with the relevant parties and farm veterinarian on breeder management, and execution of flock heath measures and programs to ensure good animal husbandry processes, maintain MyGAP certificate and valid business licenses.
Lead the manpower planning at the farm to maintain efficient productivity, efficiency and utilization. Work with the OSHA and 5S committee to ensure safety and hygiene in all farm premises.
Analyze data, reports and investigate cases of deviation from expected standards and report causes and corrective action plans in both bird and facility management.
