Coordinate/liaise with stakeholders, including feedback providers/member of public, during service disruption and/or ahead of planned maintenance activities, to minimise service disruptions and public inconvenience.
Conceptualise and develop and/or assess innovative solutions and predictive systems to enhance maintenance regime’s effectiveness while optimising resources and operational processes.
Conduct periodic reviews of Standard Operating Procedures and work processes to ensure continued relevance and optimal resource utilisation.
