Evaluate existing equipment capabilities, recommend upgrades or modifications, and manage installation, commissioning, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new machinery with the CR (change request process)
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to develop and transfer new extrusion processes and products from development to full-scale, stable production.
