- About the roleMost people think marketing means Canva graphics and a content calendar — work that's done the moment the post goes out or the invite gets sent. Here, sending the invite is the easy 10%. The other 90% is what happens after: someone reads it and thinks "why should I bother," and now it's on you to answer that. That's not a content problem, it's a sales problem — and you'll be doing it constantly. Getting a decision-maker to actually show up isn't a broadcast, it's a negotiation. Understanding what a distributor actually cares about — margins, stock, their own customers — isn't a nice-to-have, it's the difference between an invite that gets ignored and one that gets a "yes." You can't market well to a business you don't understand, and you can't understand a business without talking to the person running it.This role has three pillars, every week:

30+ days
- Ensure team members remain productive, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
16 days
- Collect client information and supporting documents for internal assessment.
