Compliance: Verify that work is carried out in accordance with approved construction blueprints, project plans, and relevant codes and regulations.
Enforce corrective actions for non-compliant works and follow up to ensure rectification.
Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure test results (concrete, steel, waterproofing, etc.) meet specified criteria. Report and communicate with the Client QA/QC team on the quality issues.
