Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing is an advantage; familiarity with cleanroom practices and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards is beneficial.
