- External Infrastructure: Supervise the technical interfacing, design alignment, construction, and administrative approvals for all external infrastructure (TNB power grid connection, water intake, gas pipelines, and telecommunications).
- Procurement & Tendering: Participate in technical bid clarifications, contract negotiations, and provide professional evaluation opinions during the procurement phase.
