Good understanding of a range of qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation methods. Familiarity with tools such as the following: cost efficiency (e.g., Cost-Effectiveness Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis); process evaluation (e.g., monitoring and reviewing interim results and incurred costs, benchmarking); programme outcome and impact evaluation (e.g. econometric analysis) will be an advantage.
Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, and ability to facilitate conversations effectively.
