You own the thinking behind our clients’ Klaviyo accounts. You decide what each account needs, you write the brief, you check the build, and you prove the result with data. You work with a Klaviyo builder who configures flows and segments, and with a design team that produces the emails. You report to the Klaviyo Practice Lead, who owns the client relationships.
This is a strategy and analytics role first. It is not a full time build role, but you must be able to build.
Connect with site supervisors, finance, and external vendors to grow your cross-functional network.
