Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, database, middleware, and business support teams. Optimize application performance and database queries in Oracle environments. Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, and management updates. Participate in on-call support and critical issue escalation handling when required. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards within banking systems.Required Skills: 6-9 years of experience in backend development and production support within Digital Banking or enterprise applications. Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, XML, and SQL. Experience working with Oracle databases and query optimization.
