Ensure daily schedule submissions to TNB/GSO on time, accurately and ensure Project deliverables are aligned with schedules. Set up daily SOPs to ensure minimum or zero TNB/GSO penalties.
Provide technical support and manage detailed calculations of KPIs for assets to track the technical plant performance against the guaranteed parameters by the contractor.
Monitor asset performance, technical KPIs and identifying any deviations (gap analysis) from expected performance levels for assets and implementing corrective actions proactively. Undertake detailed BESS KPI calculations (RTE, Capacity, Availability, etc.) to determine responsible party in case of deficiency in KPIs.
