- Take full ownership of the preparation, review, and timely submission of the Group’s annual Sustainability Statement in accordance with the Listing Requirements and the enhanced prescribed format mandated by Bursa Malaysia. Lead the Group’s compliance with IFRS S1 (General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information) and IFRS S2 (Climate-related Disclosures), leveraging the CSI Platform to generate the required standardised disclosure format. Ensure the Sustainability Statement includes quantitative metrics and performance targets for at least the past three financial years, alongside an appropriate statement of assurance.
