Documentation and Reporting:a) Maintain comprehensive project records, including contracts, change orders, project correspondence, progress reports and meeting minutes.b) Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.c) Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed.
Quality Control and Safety:a) Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of construction.b) Promote and enforce health and safety protocols on-site to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.c) Prepare quality control guidelines on site supervision teamd) Make frequent site visits to construction sites to access the performance of the site supervision team and contractor’s team.e) Monitor consultant’s supervision on all testing work to ensure all the tests are carried out as per the requirements, i.e at interval and locations as required.f) Identify and resolve any issues related to construction defects or non-compliance.g) Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
