Respond to helpdesk requests and complaints from end users. Inspect reported complaints and carry out rectification works in accordance with approved method statements and specifications. Execute corrective maintenance works and obtain verification from end users/clients upon completion. Submit completed work orders to CMMS/Helpdesk for proper closing.
Update maintenance records and ensure proper documentation of all works carried out.
Ensure all assigned works are completed within the required timeframe and quality standards.
