Lead and coach teams to collect customer monthly production forecast, attend customer inquiry, explore and facilitate product presentation, identify exhibition, coordinate and prepare exhibition, coordinate for quotation submission, liaise with customer delivery and price matters. Troubleshooting for commercial issue. To manage staff, processes and systems to ensure delivery targets are met. To lead and coach a team of executive to attend customer enquiry. To manage teams of staff through the use of team leaders and deal with personnel issues such as the training and discipline of staff.
