Responsible for meeting and introducing yourself to the organizer, explaining how to operate the equipment, ensure the client hardware/software interfaces with property equipment, maintain contact throughout the day to ensure the full AV experience meets the organizers requirements.
Have the capability to make quick decisions and provide solutions to clients that make last minute decisions to provide confidence to organizers that their event will run well, regardless of the late nature of their request or need.
