Required Skills: 6-9 years of experience in Application Production Support with at least 3 years in L3 support. Strong experience supporting Core Banking applications on the AS400 platform. Hands-on experience in the Investment & Wealth domain. Proficiency in .NET and SQL development and troubleshooting. Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning. Experience working in Windows/Open Systems environments. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills. Good understanding of production support processes, incident management, and release management. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-critical production environment. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in Wealth Management applications and business processes. Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management tools. Experience with application monitoring and production support tools. Knowledge of banking operations, investment products, and financial services. Experience supporting high-availability enterprise banking systems. Exposure to automation or scripting for operational support tasks.
