GATES Technology Hiring! Full Time Field Operations Manager in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 8,000 - Ricebowl

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage appointment and coordination of independent contractors and vendors.
- Monitor and supervise field activities carried out by contractors, supervisors, and field teams.
- Ensure premise profiling, business profiling, geotagging, and related operational activities achieve KPI targets and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate and work closely with PBT officers and stakeholders during field operations.
- Handle operational issues, escalation, and field coordination matters.
- Manage stock movement and operational assets including beacon devices and related equipment.
- Analyze operational data and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPI achievement.
- Prepare operational reports and progress updates for management and PBT clients.
- Work closely with internal technical and deployment teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Operation Management, Information Technology, GIS/Geospatial, Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in field operations, contractor/vendor coordination, operational monitoring, profiling/geotagging activities, government/PBT projects, operational reporting & KPI monitoring.
- Willing to travel.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good stakeholder and communication skills.
- KPI and reporting management.
- Excel / Google Sheets / operational reporting tools.
- Able to work in fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making capability.
