What You’ll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll get hands-on experience in both recruitment and business development, including:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews and placements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Proactively source and connect with talent through various recruitment platforms and channels
