Job Responsibilities :-

• Good communication skills and able to promote products to customer.
• Good customer service (ability to handle all levels of customer query)
• Meet sales target as assigned by management.
• Consult with clients to understand their interior design requirements, preferences, budget constraints and project timelines
• Conduct site assessments and measurements to inform design recommendations and feasibility studies
• Prepare detailed quotations, design specifications and project scope documents for client review
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure projects whilst maintaining healthy profit margins
• Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and sales commitments
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals
• Stay abreast of interior design trends, materials, furnishings and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations

What we're looking for

• Able to communicate confidently with our diverse client base in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, proactive, sharp, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Candidates from the renovation, construction, interior design, kitchen cabinet, furniture, or related industries are highly encouraged to apply.
• Fresh candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
