Responsibilities

Hiring: Account Executive/ Account Executive (Junior)

We are seeking a talented Account Executive / Account Executive (Junior) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing financial records, improving documentation processes, and ensuring smooth office operations. Based in Dataran C180, Cheras (nearby MRT Station Batu 11 Cheras), this full-time position offers an opportunity to grow and build your career with us.

Office location : Dataran C180, Cheras (nearby MRT Station Batu 11 Cheras)

Working hours : Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and enhance documentation methods

  • Handle basic office administrative tasks (filing, printing, emailing) and report to superiors.

  • Record and process financial transactions in the accounting system. 

  • Generate financial statements and present to superiors. 

  • Schedule client appointments and coordinate document pick-ups.

  • Manage important departmental deadlines to ensure smooth operations.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Willing to learn attitude

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Good communication skills to liaise with clients effectively

  • Experience in accounting or administration is a plus
