About the role

This is a full-time, permanent position based at The Campus Ampang. You will help customers identify and purchase products they desire, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, and contribute to the company's growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Requirements:

• 6 working days per week, 1 days OFF
• SPM or above
• Friendly, polite, helpful, confident, good smile, and engaging personality
• Able to work on weekdays, weekends and PHs
• Able to work in shifts rotation (morning / noon / full)
• Responsible and able to exercise a high degree of professionalism when dealing with various situations

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Be proactive in achieving sales targets and support operation activities
• Promote and sell the products
• Monitor stock levels and sales, and re-order items when necessary.
• Understand the product knowledge
• Maintains ambiance of the retail outlet, ensures the tidiness of the stock shelves, and organizes sales areas
• Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
