We are currently hiring for these awesome positions!

What you'll do:

• Assist the Outlet Leader in daily store operations and team management.
• Ensure smooth workflows, from staff schedules to product displays.

Job Responsibilities (Event & Outlet):

Event:

• Event Preparation: Create detailed checklists for each roadshow event, ensuring all tasks and materials are accounted for.
• Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation and logistics for equipment, products, and staff to event locations.
• Event Setup: Oversee the setup and breakdown of stalls, ensuring everything is organized and visually appealing.
• Sales Management: Manage and drive sales during the event, ensuring customer satisfaction and a strong representation of the brand.
• Reporting: Prepare outlets reports, post-event reports, including sales performance, feedback, and other relevant metrics.
• Cash Handling: Safely manage cash transactions during events and ensure timely bank deposits to the company

Outlet:

• Manage daily outlet operations.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Train staff on drink preparation and proper use of equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock orders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle customer issues professionally and provide excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and outlet standards.
• Build strong customer relationships to increase loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Working Location:

• Penang Island.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
