Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Operations: Support quality management in enforcing performance targets; manage work schedules, shifts, and daily attendance for the inspection team.
• Talent Development: Assist in hiring, developing, and executing training programs for inspectors; monitor and evaluate their performance to provide constructive feedback.
• Compliance & Documentation: Review and approve inspection documents, activity logs, and technical reports to ensure strict adherence to company policies and ISO standards.
• Abnormality & Claim Management: Collaborate closely with the production team to investigate abnormality findings, determine dispositions, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external quality claims.
• Data Analytics: Review, analyze, and share Statistical Process Control (SPC) Data Reports with relevant stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement.
• Engineering & NPI Support: Participate actively in First Article Inspection (FAI) and engineering build activities to ensure quality standards are met during new product introductions.
• Workplace Excellence: Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management and customers, while maintaining 5S standards in the work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, inspection, or manufacturing engineering roles. (Higher experience qualifies for Executive level).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality control processes, ISO standards, and SPC methodologies. Direct experience with FAI and engineering builds is a distinct advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage floor staff.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of investigating and resolving quality deviations effectively.
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools.
