We are looking for an Admin Clerk (Northern Zone) to provide administrative and clerical support for the TNB CCTV SITC & Maintenance Project. The successful candidate will assist with documentation, scheduling, data entry, inventory records and reporting to support smooth site operations within the Northern Zone.
Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Filing
- Maintain accurate records of site reports, work orders, maintenance records and project documentation.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Ensure documents are properly updated and readily available when required.
Scheduling & Coordination Support
- Assist in coordinating site schedules, technician assignments and maintenance activities.
- Update schedules and communicate relevant information to technicians and technical personnel.
Stock, Warehouse & Inventory Support
- Assist with stock and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and issuance of CCTV equipment and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic stock checks.
- Report stock discrepancies or shortages to the Senior Technical Executive.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Key in and update project, site, technician and inventory information.
- Compile data and prepare administrative reports as required.
- Assist in tracking work completion and outstanding site activities.
General Administration
- Handle correspondence, emails, filing and other administrative matters.
- Assist the technical team with preparation of documents, forms and reports.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Senior Technical Executive or management.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field will be an advantage.
Experience
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage.
- Experience supporting technical, construction, maintenance or project operations will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good data entry, documentation and filing skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.

- Detail-oriented, organized and reliable.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to travel between sites when required.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Base Location: Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
