Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Community First Aid, CPR and AED training for secondary school students.
• Deliver both theory and practical lessons in accordance with course requirements.
• Demonstrate the proper use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED).
• Facilitate hands-on practical exercises using CPR manikins and training equipment.
• Conduct practical and theory assessments for participants.
• Ensure active student engagement and classroom management throughout the programme.
• Maintain training records and attendance documentation.
• Support the issuance of Certificates of Participation.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene and sanitisation requirements during practical sessions.
• Represent Avanta Global professionally when conducting training at client premises.

Mandatory Requirements

• MOE Registered Instructor (preferred and highly advantageous).
• Valid First Aid and CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should meet one or more of the following:

• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting Community First Aid and CPR/AED training for schools.
• Have conducted at least 5 similar First Aid and CPR courses.
