5 days, Mon to Fri

8.30am - 6pm

$2800 - $3000 / month

Job Scope: 

Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare shipping and import/export documentation
Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery
Process invoices accurately and promptly
Ensure smooth operations in accordance with SOPs

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
Prior experience with TradeNet permit submissions is an added advantage
