Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Conduct training to down line people and trained the Production Technician and machine operator, handling method, checking method and visual criteria.

2. Monitor daily machines outputs and ensure all machines meet daily targets.

3. Control material wastage to minimum ( Material Yield Loss Control ).

4. Monitor workers disciplinary (manpower planning).

5. Feedback any damage to machine or equipment.

6. Monitor cycle time.( Weekly Check List Report ).

7. Overcome 100% sorting / technical issue & quality issue.

8. Arrange technician trouble shooting and machine conversion in time.

9. Estimate manpower, materials, time required to complete the work.

10. Make decision on actions for rejected parts found by process QC during in process inspection.

11. Follow-up and ensure process Technician carry out their routine checks as per schedule.

12. Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformance product.

13. Monitor production checklist.

14. Housekeeping of production floor & machines (5S).

15. Assist Operation Manager to monitor shop floor performance and achieve set process and outgoing quality yields.

Skills:

Understand and possess good knowledge of CNC machining parts programs and documentation of tools layout, process flow charts etc.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing industry or related field.

Education:

SPM with related experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
