This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the Group level across multiple healthcare businesses, with exposure to strategic finance initiatives including investor engagement, potential listing preparation, and group-wide performance optimisation.
You will work closely with senior leadership to shape financial reporting, governance, and business insights across the organisation.
Group Reporting & Financial Review
- Lead the review of financial reports across multiple subsidiaries, identifying key risks, inconsistencies, and performance drivers.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and reporting quality
- Challenge accounting treatments and ensure alignment with group standards
- Support preparation of board-level and investor-facing materials
Subsidiary Finance Support
- Act as a point of support for subsidiary finance teams on accounting, reporting, and financial best practises.
- Drive improvements in financial discipline, reporting quality and internal control across entities.
Finance Projects
- Be involved in key group initiatives including potential listing preparation, investor reporting, and corporate exercises.
- Lead finance transformation projects such as reporting automation, performance dashboards, and cost optimisation initiative
- Work closely with senior leadership on new business evaluations, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or group reporting.
- Experience reviewing financial reports from multiple entities or subsidiaries is an advantage.
Experience in IPO, audit or corporate exercises is an added advantage.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
