Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the grocery store.
Lead and monitor the performance of store staff.
Ensure shelves are well stocked, organized, and properly displayed.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Ensure accurate cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the store.
Coordinate with suppliers on stock deliveries and product availability.
Train new employees on store procedures and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
Our company is the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) registered Empolyment Agency, we have fixed customers on a regular job orders including mechanical manufacturing, catering, hairdressing, transport services, marketing & sales etc. We will choose the most suitable candidates based on individual conditions, meanwhile to protect empolyers's right and provide better follow-up services.
