Job Description

• Coordinate and provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Team.
• Handle customers’ enquiries and follow up promptly via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate buffer stock to meet the requirements of regular customers.
• Prepare sales reports and highlight any unusual circumstances or issues to the Director.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager on costing, production requirements, and documentation for goods delivery.
• Prepare and coordinate relevant sales and delivery documents, including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and other related documents.
• Utilize AI tools to create social media content for product promotion and marketing purposes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Prior experience in

sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, or a related role

will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly

Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

.

• Good team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Preferably familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
• Able to multitask, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Able to liaise with both Mandarin- and English-speaking clients
