Requirements
- Strong written and spoken in Mandarin
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Min 1 year of experience in FB Messenger & WhatsApp Customer Service.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Calm under pressure and good at solving problems
- Familiar with Social Media (FB, Instagram, etc)
- Friendly, polished, and professional communication style
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving ecommerce environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Google Sheet
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
