Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Reception & Front Desk
Enquiries & Communication: Manage the reception counter, handle phone calls, walk-ins, and general enquiries.
Deliveries & Lost & Found: Record goods deliveries and assist the Operations Manager with lost and found management.
Student Management & Admin Support
Attendance & Records: Handle student records, including early departures, latecomers, attendance verification, document filing, and keypress management.
Student Support: Retrieve student handphones from classrooms or lockers when needed, and assist teachers with document and certificate lamination.
2. Science Lab Assistant
Class & Competition Preparation: Prepare equipment and materials for science experiments, lab sessions, and robotics classes or competitions.
Inventory & Maintenance: Sort and store equipment after class, maintain cleanliness, and conduct stock takes.
Administrative & Data Support
Data Management: Perform data entry, document checking, and consolidation.
General Office Admin: Handle general administrative duties to support overall office operations.
Working Hours
Mon, Tue and Fri: 7am to 5pm, Wed and Thu: 7am to 4.30pm, 1h break
Off Days: Weekends and gazetted public holidays.
Requirements:
Admin:
Minimally ‘N’ Level or equival
Science Assistant
:
Minimally ‘N’ Level or equival
Science laboratory management or resource support experience, with experience within a school environment preferred.
