Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Research, select, and evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, and reliability.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate reordering to prevent shortages.
• Budget Management: Prepare cost estimates, manage purchasing budgets, and find opportunities for cost reduction.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with finance, legal, and operations teams to align purchasing with company goals.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage the daily activities of the purchasing staff

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
