About the Role:

We're urgently seeking an experienced Senior Application Engineer – Simulation to provide expert technical support on simulation applications and solutions. You'll own projects from conception to delivery, mentor team members, and drive customer success through advanced simulation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales Support: Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and evaluations for clients.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex simulation errors, convergence issues, or modeling bottlenecks reported by clients.
• Customer Training & Onboarding: Conduct formal training sessions, workshops, and webinars to teach users how to effectively run simulation software
• Proof of Concept (PoC): Build custom simulation models or benchmarks to prove how the product solves specific client challenges.
• Prepare technical documentation including simulation reports, process specifications, and project deliverables
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of simulation trends, technologies, and industry best practices
• Lead project ownership for simulation implementations, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery
• Mentor junior engineers on simulation methodologies, best practices, and technical problem-solving

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

- 3–5 years of experience in simulation engineering, application engineering, or similar technical role

- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks (simulation modules preferred)

- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction

- Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites when required
