• Develop, set up and optimize connector auto-assembly processes.
• Troubleshoot machines, tooling and process issues.
• Improve production efficiency, yield, quality and cycle time.
• Support NPI, trial runs and process validation.
• Prepare and maintain SOP, WI, PFMEA and Control Plan.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production defects.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Maintenance and equipment suppliers.
• Lead continuous improvement / Kaizen activities.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
