Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-arrival and post-departure arrangements for vessels.
- Liaise with Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA),Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), terminal operators, and private wharves for crew-related formalities and vessel clearance.
- Monitor port schedules and berth availability to provide clients with timely updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., arrival/departure reports, DA submissions, statements of facts).
- Track and follow up on invoices, charges, and operational costs to ensure proper billing.
- Provide 24/7 operational support during vessel port calls on a rotational basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipmasters, clients, and vendors for smooth communication and service delivery.
- Good knowledge of port, immigration, and customs regulations in Singapore
- Able to work independently and handle multiple vessel calls simultaneously
- Good communication and interpersonal skills — able to liaise confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); strong computer skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
