·      Tocarry out measurement/taking-off quantities for project and tender,

·       To prepare Bills of Quantities,

·       To call and obtain quotation from supplier, Sub Contractor,Vendor, Hirer,

·       To assist superior to negotiate prices and terms &conditions with supplier, subcontractor, etc.,

·       To assist superior for preparation and submission of tender,

·       To visit site for assessment of payment, measurement andjoint measurement,

·       To attend site meeting,

·       To prepare letter of award for suppliers and subcontractorsand appointment letter for consultants,

·       To prepare cost  estimate, cost analysis for superiorto review,

·       To prepare budgetary cost, cash flow, update progressreport, s-curve, etc.,

·       To prepare cost comparison and quotation report,

·       To prepare variation order (VO) and final account forclient, supplier and subcontractor,

·       To prepare payment claim for client,

·       To issue Tax Invoice, payment, works order, etc.,

·       To handle an individual project assigned to you,

·       To prepare document and drawing for tender presentation,

·       To co-ordinate meeting and attend meeting,

·       To implement all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001procedure/system to ensure full compliance.
