Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack daily orders from Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Print shipping labels and ensure marketplace packaging requirements are met.
• Perform quality control by recording packed lighting products before dispatch.
• Apply English product labels and include instruction manuals.
• Arrange courier pickups and manage collection schedules.
• Process customer returns by inspecting, restocking, or flagging defective items.
• Maintain packaging materials inventory.
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.

Salary:

• Up to $2,400
    

Working hours:

• Mon to Fri & Alternate Sat: 9.30am–5.30pm

Location:

• Tampines

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment is preferred.
• Familiar with Shopify, Shopee and Lazada Seller Centre is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good packing accuracy.
• Able to handle warehouse duties.
