The Role

This is a leadership role to oversee the entire production life-cycle of high-precision printing, engineering function and facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and operations: plan and organize production schedules and resources requirement for ensuring timely and efficient completion of production targets.

• Production management: identify potential bottlenecks and resolve unexpected floor issues quickly.

• Performance management: establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational and quality metrics to track progress, minimize defects and build accountability; use data-driven insights to support decision-making.

• Operational transformation: champion lean principles, drive a culture of continuous improvement and apply appropriate industry principles and frameworks to automate process, optimize throughput and improve efficiency; report regularly to executive leadership on the status and impact of Operational Excellence programmes.

• Cross-functional orchestration: align production with supply chain, procurement, quality assurance and engineering teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operational execution.

• Team development: Develop internal capability and foster a performance-driven culture focused on safety, quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree holder in related disciplines. Chartered qualification or Lean Six Sigma certification an added advantage.

• 10 years of working experience with not less than 5 years in senior managerial position focused on Operational Excellence, Lean or continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and data-driven decision making capabilities.

• Good leadership, coaching, and change management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and at all levels of the organization.

• In-depth knowledge of factory safety regulations, ISO quality standards, and environmental compliance is a plus.

• Self-motivated, ownership mindset and outstanding organizational skills.
