We are looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to support supplier management, sourcing, NPI and supply chain improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing semiconductor environment. Candidates with experience across Procurement, Commodity Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Development, Planning, NPI, Program Management or Factory Engineering are preferred.
Responsibilities
Supplier Management
- Align the supplier selection with global supply strategy and approved supplier list.
- Manage key suppliers and outsource partners across performance, cost, capacity, transfers and launches.
- Establish and manage sourcing contracts and supply agreements covering capacity, cost, service levels and commercial requirements.
- Drive supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs and improvement actions.
- Ensure supplier capacity and forecasts support business requirements, including end-of-life planning.
- Manage DDMRP, Kanban and safety stock programs, including ERP setup, replenishment parameters, forecasts and supplier performance.
- Resolve supply and delivery issues while mitigating commercial and supply risks.
Supply Chain Project Management
- Lead supply chain improvement and optimization projects across the organization.
- Drive resolution of complex supply chain issues using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D.
- Support NPI and product transfers by coordinating sourcing, material requirements, PO tracking and supply readiness.
- Coordinate ECO impact assessment and implementation across the supply chain.
- Develop mitigation plans for capacity, material, lead-time and supply risks, including safety stock, VMI and Kanban.
- Drive supplier cost reduction and value-chain optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, commodity management, strategic sourcing, NPI or a related function.
- Experience in a contract manufacturing or high-mix semiconductor manufacturing environment or relevance.
- Engineering or technical professionals with semiconductor/manufacturing knowledge and a keen interest in pursuing a career in Supply Chain or Strategic Sourcing may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, cost analysis, negotiation and supply planning.
- Proven experience driving continuous improvement, cost reduction and supply chain solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with suppliers, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP/PLM systems; SAP and Teamcenter preferred.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office preferred.
